Teriyaki mayo fried tofu

1 block firm tofu
Cornstarch Or potato starch
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sake
Mayo
Cut tofu into cubes and cover with cornstarch
Fry tofu
Combine sauces and sugar then pour onto the tofu when it is crunchy
